Bozeman Brewing Company Hopsimella Imperial IPA

Published on May 4, 2009 by in Tastings

Hopsimella Appearance: Hazy, orange-amber with thin head with incrediblly persistant lacing.

Aroma: Pine and citrus tucked in behind an amber maltiness.

Mouth: Resin up front followed by very full malt mouthfeel. Creamy in the swallow along withback of the palette spruce flavors. Very pleasant alcohol warmth.

Overall: What a perfect combination of full body, hoppy bomb, and warmth. Another classic example of man-candy.
