Lang Creek Imperial Ale

Published on May 19, 2009 by in Tastings

Lang Creek Imperial Ale Tonight, it was my great pleasure to have the Imperial Ale from the Lang Creek Brewery of Marion, Montana. This beer is really good, and worth anyones attention.

Appearence: Poured with a thin, white head with clingy lacing. The color was cloudy yellow (thanks Vida).

Aroma: I swear to God, the aroma was the same as a freshly opened box of Cap’t Crunch…I couldn’t even make something like that up if I wanted to.

Taste and Mouth: The flavors of pear and apple upfront with very little lingering flavors.

Overall: I am impressed that a Montana brewery is producing an Imperial in the bomber bottle (750 mL)…I recommend that everyone go and find this brew, and the enjoy the crap out of it.
