Appearance: Poured a deep mocha with a chunky tan head.
Aroma: Warmth molasses and licorice.
Mouthfeel: Satisfyingly meaty.
Taste: The avalanche of flavors is hard to define. Chocolate, coffee, licorice, blackstrap molasses, and stone fruit tones.
Overall: World class…the best I have tasted in 2011
