Panty Dropper Pale Ale

Panty Dropper Pale Ale

On Wednesday, I found myself in the middle of the Bitterroot Valley. What to do as the birding was slow…of course, a stop to the Blacksmith Brewery in Stevensville, Montana. The first beverage that caught my eye was the Panty Dropper Pale Ale. Now I was forced to think clean thoughts, even though I failed miserably.

Panty Dropper Pale Ale Particulars

6.0% ABV
30 IBUs
Unknown grain and hop bills…no brewer around as he was enjoying some time at Glacier National Park

Panty Dropper Pale Ale Notes

Appearance: Incredibly reddish amber with a thin, wispy off-white head

Aroma: Tons fo pineapple and floral notes on the nose

Mouthfeel: A little bit thin for my liking.

Taste: Initial grapefruit attack with lingering pine resin.

Overall: Overall, it is well crafted pale ale, although it lacks any unique wow-factor qualities.
